RESERVATIONS
Reservations for the IKECA 2009 Annual Meeting can be made by calling the Luxor Hotel and Casino directly at 1-800-288-1000. You MUST identify yourselves as members of IKECA 20th Anniversary meeting (Group code:IKEC09T), in order to receive special conference room rates.

Room Rates
The Luxor offeres two room types for this meeting:

TOWER ROOMS are $119.00 + tax per night (Tues-Thurs) and $159.00 + tax per night (Sat-Sun) for registered meeting attendees.

TOWER LUXURY SUITES are $219.00 + tax per night (Tues-Thurs) and $259.00 + tax per night (Sat-Sun) for registered meeting attendees.

Additional Persons over double occupancy in room at $30.00 per night, upon availability. Any individual that checks out early will be charged a fee for early departures. Reservations made after March 9, 2009 are subject to hotel availability and will be made at the prevailing rates.
